I have long been drawn to working with individuals who are struggling with mental health, work/life balance, and relationships. My main goal is to help my clients understand that these struggles are normal to some degree and to empower them through self-awareness, mindfulness and a cognitive behavioral approach to manage the symptoms they are experiencing. Sessions with children and adolescents include occasional caregiver/family sessions in order to generalize skills outside of the office and into the world. Helping people become happier, healthier versions of themselves is the most fulfilling aspect of my work. The following areas that I have experience treating include but are not limited to:
- Trauma
- Mindfulness
- Wellness
- Relationships
- Anxiety
- Depression
